Hannah Gossett found her passion for teaching at the age of 16 when she started fusing together multiple genres of dance. Known for her hard hitting, clear and flavorful style of hip hop has led Hannah to many cities where she can share her knowledge and love for dance. From a small town in Ohio, Hannah moved to NYC and trained at Broadway Dance Center and performed in shows in both NYC and Boston. Seattle was her next stop, where she taught at Westlake Dance Center, one of Seattle’s most prestigious studios, and also was a member of Seattle based crews BoomKatz, Potion and Cruz Control.
Finally landing in L.A., Hannah co-directed the all-girl crew Katalyst that performed at Carnival, WOD LA, HHI and Posers to name a few. As a Monsters of Hip Hop Alumni from the 2009 show “Welcome to Our World”, Hannah has had the opportunity to choreograph for the Monsters of Hip Hop 2013 and 2014 shows in LA.
Hannah has had the opportunity to teach at some of the best conventions on the circuit such as Shock the Intensive, 2 Days in the OC and Epic Dance Convention along with traveling to studios all around the country as well as Millennium Dance Complex and Movement Lifestyle in L.A. All of these opportunities have allowed Hannah to help reach her goals to encourage kids to pursue their love for dance and to expand their creativity, character and range of motion.
