Originally from Pittsburgh and now based in NYC, Brad Trump attended the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School in Midland, PA as a dance major. He continued his higher education in dance at Point Park University and graduated from the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City. In 2008, Brad was a part of the Pennsylvania Governor’s School for the Arts as a ballet concentrated dancer. Since then, he has choreographed and taught throughout the northeast for companies such as the Salem Community Theater, Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School, Point Park University, Pennsylvania’s Governor’s School, Evolve Productions, Endicott College and for various dance studios in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New Jersey, and New York. In addition, he has judged and taught for Dancer’s Inc. and On Stage America dance competitions and conventions.
His regional performance credits include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Benjamin), Oklahoma (Corky) and Billy in A Musicbox Christmas at Hershey Park. In 2012, he was honored to have closed the final National Tour of CATS as Tumblebrutus and continued to play the role regionally with Richard Stafford at Theatre By the Sea, North Shore Music Theatre, North Carolina Theatre and Casa Manana. Recently, you may have seen Brad in the TV musical Lovestruck the Musical on ABC Family with Jane Seymour and Chelsea Kane. This summer, Brad will be a part of Theatre by the Sea’s (RI) season in Mary Poppins (Neleus) and Spamalot.
