Studio Rentals

The studios at the Millennium Dance Complex building are available for drop-in and long-term rentals.  Located in the heart of the historical South Side neighborhood, our state-of-the-art facility boasts three mirrored dance studio spaces with central air and heat, Bose stereo systems with CD and auxiliary capabilities, moveable ballet barres and SpringFlex hardwood flooring.  We also offer a small studio space that is perfect for voice and acting lessons.  In addition, our space is located within walking distance to hotels, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.  To request a rental, please complete the submission form below.


Studio A (1600 sq ft / max capacity – 95) $45/hr

Studio B (600 sq ft / max capacity – 25) $25/hr

Studio C (1200 sq ft / max capacity – 55) $35/hr

Studio D (250 sq ft / Vocal Studio) $15/hr


All studios include BOSE speaker systems with CD & iPOD connectors, Spring Flex hardwood flooring, portable barres, mirrors, & central air/heat. Studio B has a marley dance floor on top of the spring floor; Studios A and C are hardwood floors.

All rental clients are required to place a credit card on their file to hold a studio reservation. Please check in at the front desk prior to the start of your rental to take care of payment (payment will NOT be automatically charged). Rental payments can be made via cash or major credit card.

Base rental rates are determined by studio requested and number of guests in attendance. For rentals with more than 25 guests, an additional $10/hr per 25 dancers will be added to the base rental rate.  A $15/hr Facility Manager Fee will be added to all rentals outside of normal business hours. Base rental rates double for rental reservations between 12 am & 9 am, Monday – Sunday.

Chairs and tables are available upon request; please let us know what you require at the time of booking.

Prolonged use of first & second floor lobbies during studio rentals is not permitted and use of studios is AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We follow a 24-hour cancellation policy for all reservations. If a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time, you will be charged 25% of the rental rate.  No-shows will be charged 50% of the rental rate.

Please review our additional rental policies (available below) prior to submitting a request form.  Rental reservations will not be booked until you receive approval from a studio staff member.

No refunds, all sales are final.

  • If you are selling merchandise, a 15% commission fee will be added to the base rental price.
