Millennium PGH is excited to team up with Austen Oakes Fitness to offer live PiYo classes this spring and summer!
PiYo is a unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility by combining the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories while lengthening and toning your muscles and increasing your flexibility. This is a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat!
