Millennium Pittsburgh is excited to team up with Austen Oakes Fitness to offer PiYo Live classes at the studio this spring and summer! Achieve your best body yet with this high energy workout that focuses on dynamic choreography to burn calories, tone and lengthen muscles, and increase flexibility.

Classes will be held every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. each day.
